    Piazza dell’Anfiteatro

The concerts of the Lucca Summer Festival 2024 will be held, as usual, in the historical center of the city.

The main venues of the event are Piazza Napoleone, Piazza San Martino or Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, or the former Balilla Field (Campo Balilla), located outside the historic walls of Lucca.

The most important venue of the Lucca Summer Festival 2024 will remain Piazza Napoleone, also known as Piazza Grande, the main square of Lucca.

The square is located inside the city walls, about 650 meters away from the Lucca railway station, or about 10 minutes on foot.

The former Balilla Field is a former sports field located between Viale Giosuè Carducci and the 16th-century walls of the city. The Lucca railway station is located about 500 meters away.

Sometimes, when the audience is very large, the Porta Elisa soccer stadium in Lucca or the Pini stadium in Viareggio are used.
