Responsibility for Listing Content

User Content and Intellectual Property
Listing Authors must only upload or submit content that they own or are legally entitled to use.
By submitting content to ITALYscapes, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, licences and permissions required to publish that material.
In particular, you must not upload photographs, text, illustrations, logos, videos or other materials copied from third parties unless you have permission to use them.
The fact that an image or other material can be found online does not necessarily mean that it is free to use.
The Listing Author is solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy or other intellectual property issues relating to content submitted through their listing.
ITALYscapes is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing rights for every item uploaded by users.
If you submit content that infringes the rights of another person or organization, responsibility for that submission remains with you.
Licence to Display User Content
Listing Authors retain ownership of intellectual property rights they hold in content submitted to ITALYscapes.
However, by submitting content, you grant ITALYscapes a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, format and publish that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the website and the relevant listing.
This may include displaying listing photographs or information on category pages, destination pages, search results, social media or promotional materials related to ITALYscapes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to ITALYscapes.
Prohibited Content
Users must not submit content that:

Moderating, editing or removing content does not mean that ITALYscapes accepts responsibility for user-submitted materials.
Reporting Copyright or Illegal Content
