    Milano Summer Festival 2019

    Milano Summer Festival is a music festival taking place every year, usually in June and July, in Milano. The festival brings to Milan some of the best-known artists of different music genres, spanning from rock to electronic dance music, jazz, blues, heavy metal and much more. Of the artists who performed in 2018, we can mention Marilyn Manson, Carlos Santana, Martin Garrix, Iron Maiden, Alice in Chains, The Chemical Brothers, Alanis Morissette and Robert Plant.   MILANO SUMMER FESTIVAL 2019 will begin earlier than usual. Known by many as the godfather of the disco music, if not even the founder of the electronic dance, Giorgio Moroder, at the age of 78, is ready to start a tour that will touch 15 European cities between April and May 2019. The Celebration of the 80’s will see the Italian singer-songwriter, producer and DJ, exhibit the highlights of his prolific career in a spectacular show.     Firenze Rocks 2019

    Firenze Rocks is a rock music festival that takes place every year in the month of June at the Visarno Arena, in the Parco delle Cascine, in Florence. Placebo, Aerosmith and System of a Down were just a few of the names who attended the first edition of the festival, in 2017. In 2018, in front of over 210,000 spectators, The Kills, Foo Fighters, Guns N’ Roses, Helloween, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Ozzy Osbourne appeared on stage.   FIRENZE ROCKS 2019, the third edition of the festival, will take place between 13 and 16 June.     Spoleto Festival dei Due Mondi 2019

    Spoleto Festival dei Due Mondi (Festival of the Two Worlds) is a renowned international event of music, art and culture held every year in Spoleto, since 1958. Over time, many famous artists attended the festival. Of these, we can mention the name of the Italian tenor Luciano Pavarotti, the American playwright Tennessee Williams, the Russian ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev, the film director Roman Polanski, the Spanish ballet dancer Joaquín Cortés, the composer Nino Rota, the Italian director Luchino Visconti and the American poet Ezra Pound.   SHORT HISTORY The festival was created by the composer Gian Carlo Menotti in 1958. He chose Spoleto due to the beautiful historical center of the town, for the presence of the two theatres, Teatro Nuovo and Teatro Caio Melisso, and for the Piazza del Duomo, a beautiful open-air theatre suitable for an event of this magnitude.     Lucca Summer Festival 2019

    Lucca Summer Festival is one of the most important music festivals in Italy, held every year in Lucca, usually during the month of July, since 1998. The concerts are usually held within the historic walls of Lucca, in Piazza Napoleone, Piazza San Martino or Piazza dell’Anfiteatro. Sometimes, when the audience is very large, it is preferred to use the Porta Elisa soccer stadium in Lucca or the Pini stadium in Viareggio. Over time, important bands and artists have attended the festival, such as David Bowie, Bob Dylan, James Brown, Mark Knopfler, Jamiroquai, Seal, Zucchero, Ray Charles, Eric Clapton, Elton John, Anastacia, Giorgia, Green Day, Ennio Morricone and the Rolling Stones. On 5 July 2009, the Dave Matthews Band held a concert of over three and a half hours, the longest performance of their career.
