Muse will perform on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, starting with 9.00 pm, at the Olimpico Stadium, in Rome, as part of their Will of the People World Tour 2023.
THE BAND
Muse was formed in 1994, and consists of Matt Bellamy (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards), Chris Wolstenholme (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Dominic Howard (drums).
Muse released their debut album, Showbiz, in 1999, followed by Origin of Symmetry in 2001, Absolution in 2003, Black Holes and Revelations in 2006, The Resistance in 2009, and The 2nd Law in 2012. Their seventh album, Drones, was released in 2015, and their eighth album, Simulation Theory, was released in 2018.
Their last album to date, Will of the People, was released on August 26, 2022, and it became the band’s seventh consecutive UK No.1 album. A tour in support of the album began in April 2022 and will continue throughout 2022 and 2023.
Besides the nine studio albums, their discography consists of two live albums, one compilation album, one box set, five extended plays, 44 singles, two video albums, and 61 music videos. To date, the band sold over 20 million albums worldwide.
Over time, Muse won numerous awards, including two Grammy Awards, two Brit Awards, five MTV Europe Music Awards, and eight NME Awards. In 2012, they received the Ivor Novello Award for International Achievement from the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors.

The Stadio Olimpico is the main stadium of Rome, located within the Foro Italico sports complex, northwest of the city. The Stadio Olimpico is the home stadium of Lazio and AS Roma football clubs.
