Many important Italian and international artists performed at the previous editions of the festival, such as Elton John, Sting, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, José Carreras, Patti Smith, and Simple Minds. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 edition of the Roma Summer Fest was postponed to 2021, and then rescheduled to 2022. In 2022, some of the artists who attended the festival were Lorde, Skunk Anansie, Deep Purple, Michael Kiwanuka, Simple Minds, LP, and Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals. Take That will perform on Monday, July 8, 2024, starting with 9.00 pm, at the Cavea amphitheater, in Rome, as part of the Roma Summer Fest 2024. > Buy Your Ticket Now TAKE THAT Take That was formed in Manchester in 1990. The original line-up consisted of Gary Barlow, Robbie Williams, Howard Donald, Mark Owen and Jason Orange. Barlow acted as the group’s lead singer and main songwriter, with Owen and Williams providing backing vocals, and Donald and Orange serving primarily as dancers. The group had 28 top 40 singles and 17 top 5 singles in the United Kingdom, 12 of which reached number one, as well as having seven number one albums.
