The electronic music festival Decibel Open Air 2023 will take place on Saturday and Sunday, September 9 and 10, 2023, in Parco delle Cascine, in Florence.
At the moment, only the weekend passes are on sale, at prices starting from 79.00€. The passes are nominal, and must be presented at the entrance together with a valid identity document.
SHORT HISTORY OF DECIBEL OPEN AIR
Decibel Open Air is an electronic music festival, held for the first time in 2017, when The Chemical Brothers performed on stage, along with Alan Fitzpatrick, Ben Sims, Dubskull and Draft.
In 2018, names like Carl Cox, Paul Kalkbrenner and Nina Kraviz attended the festival, while in 2019 the most important artists who appeared on stage were Armin van Buuren, Infected Mushroom and Loco Dice.
After a two-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Decibel Open Air returned in 2022 with a new location, three stages and more than 40 artists, of which we can mention Paul Kalkbrenner, Richie Hawtin, Nina Kraviz, Peggy Gou, Caribou and Vitalic.

The first headliner announced for the Decibel Open Air 2023 is the German electronic music group Moderat, but more than 60 artists will be revealed in the following months.
THE VENUE OF DECIBEL OPEN AIR 2023
Parco delle Cascine, more commonly known as Le Cascine, is the largest public park in Florence.
The park has the shape of a flat strip of land almost 3.5 kilometers long and about 640 meters wide, which runs along the right bank of the Arno River, from the historical center of the city, to the confluence of the river with the Mugnone stream.
The park is located about 2.5 kilometers away from the Santa Maria Novella railway station, and it can be easily reached by public transport from the center of Florence.
The closest bus stop is Cascine – Carlo Monni, on the bus Line 55, and the closest tram stop is Cascine, on the tram Lines T1.3 and T2.
