    Firenze Rocks 2020

    Firenze Rocks 2020 will take place between 11 and 14 of June, at the Visarno Arena, in Parco delle Cascine, in Florence.   THE FESTIVAL The first edition of Firenze Rocks took place in 2017, when Placebo, Aerosmith and System of a Down attended the festival. In 2018, in front of over 210,000 spectators, The Kills, Foo Fighters, Guns N’ Roses, Helloween, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Ozzy Osbourne appeared on stage. In 2019, the most important artists who performed at the festival were Ed Sheeran, The Cure, The Smashing Pumpkins, Dream Theater and Eddie Vedder.     Weezer – Hella Mega Tour 2020

    The American rock band Weezer will perform on Thursday, June 11, 2020, at the Visarno Arena, in the Cascine Park, in Florence. On this occasion, Weezer will be the support act for Green Day on their Hella Mega Tour, and the concert will take place in the first day of the rock festival Firenze Rocks 2020.   THE BAND Weezer was founded in 1992, in Los Angeles. The band consists of Rivers Cuomo (lead vocals, lead guitar and keyboards), Patrick Wilson (drums), Brian Bell (guitar, keyboards) and Scott Shriner (bass). In 1994, Weezer released their self-titled debut album, also known as the Blue Album. Their second album, Pinkerton, released in 1996, was a commercial failure, but achieved cult status and critical acclaim later. In 2001, Weezer returned with another self-titled album, also known as the Green Album. Their fourth album, Maladroit, was released in 2002, and their fifth album, Make Believe, in 2005.
