The Weeknd will perform on Wednesday, July 26, and Thursday, July 27, 2023, at the Ippodromo Milano Trenno, in Milan. The concert is part of his After Hours til Dawn Tour 2023.
THE WEEKND
Abel Makkonen Tesfaye was born on February 16, 1990, in Toronto, Ontario. He began his career in 2009 by anonymously releasing music on YouTube.
Two years later, he co-founded the XO record label and released the mixtapes House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence.
In 2012, he signed with Republic Records and rereleased the mixtapes in the compilation album Trilogy.
The Weeknd released his debut studio album, Kiss Land, in 2013, which debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200.
He earned critical and commercial success with his second album, Beauty Behind the Madness, released in 2015, which reached number one in the US. His third studio album, Starboy, released in 2016, saw similar commercial success.
His fourth studio album, After Hours, released in 2020, featured the single Blinding Lights. His fifth album, Dawn FM, was released in 2022.
To date, The Weeknd sold over 75 million albums worldwide. He received numerous awards, including four Grammy Awards, a Latin Grammy Award, 20 Billboard Music Awards, 17 Juno Awards, six American Music Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards, and nominations for an Academy Award and a Primetime Emmy Award.

Ippodromo Milano Trenno is a new arena created by Snaitech within the historic equestrian center of San Siro Racetrack (Ippodromo Snai – San Siro).
The space is destined for the organization of major musical events and festivals, a beautiful urban location surrounded by greenery.
