Faith No More was formed in 1979, in San Francisco, California. Over time, the band underwent several lineup changes, the current lineup consisting of bassist Billy Gould, keyboardist/rhythm guitarist Roddy Bottum, drummer Mike Bordin, lead guitarist Jon Hudson and vocalist/lyricist Mike Patton.
Between 1985 and 1997, the band released six studio albums, including best-selling records The Real Thing in 1989 and Angel Dust in 1992. In 1998, Faith No More disbanded, but reunited in 2009, releasing its seventh studio album, Sol Invictus, in May 2015.

The closest Metro Station is San Siro Ippodromo, on the Metro Line M5, about 650 meters away or about 8 minutes on foot from the San Siro Racetrack.
