    The Ferrara Summer Festival 2025 will be basically a collection of concerts that will take place over a longer period in the summer of 2025.

    The Ferrara Summer Festival 2025 will take place, of course, in Ferrara. The concerts will be held in Piazza Trento e Trieste and in Piazza Ariostea, the main squares of Ferrara.

    Ferrara Summer Festival was born in 2021, when many important Italian artists performed on stage.

    Some of the artists who attended the 2022 edition of the festival were Blanco, Madame, Sam Ryder, Disclosure, Rrkomi, Irama and Sangiovanni.

    In 2023, at the Ferrara Summer Festival performed artists such as The Lumineers, Eros Ramazzotti, Europe and Black Eyed Peas.

    THE VENUES OF THE FERRARA SUMMER FESTIVAL 2025

    Piazza Ariostea, formerly known as Piazza Nuova and, for a brief period, Piazza Napoleone, is a square in Ferrara, located in the northern part of the historical center of the city.

    The square has a rectangular shape with a lowered central ring made in 1933 for the Palio race. At the center of the square stands the 16th-century column designed by Ercole Grandi, on which, since 1833, the statue of Ludovico Ariosto was placed.

    Piazza Ariostea is located about 2 kilometers away from the Ferrara railway station. The closest bus stop is Porta Mare Ariostea, on the northern side of the square, on the bus Lines 3 and 4.

    Piazza Trento e Trieste, formerly known as Piazza delle Erbe for the market held there in the past, is the main square of Ferrara.

    Around the square, you can still admire various ancient buildings, some of them in their original appearance, while others have undergone various renovations and transformations over time.

    Piazza Trento e Trieste is located about 1.6 kilometers away from the Ferrara railway station. The closest bus stop is in Corso Porta Reno, on the southwestern corner of the square, on the bus Lines 4 and 11.

     

    BEYOND THE MUSIC FESTIVAL
