The concert is included in his European Tour 2025.
ROD STEWART
Sir Roderick David Stewart was born on January 10, 1945, in London.
His music career began in 1962. In 1963, he joined The Dimensions as a vocalist. In 1964, Rod Stewart joined Long John Baldry and the All Stars before moving to the Jeff Beck Group in 1967.
Stewart joined Faces in 1969, but he also maintained a solo career, releasing his debut album that year.
His third album, Every Picture Tells a Story, released in 1971, was his breakthrough, featuring the ballad Maggie May.
After Stewart had some UK top-ten hits, the Faces broke up in 1975. His next hit single was Sailing, from the album Atlantic Crossing, released the same year.
A Night on the Town, released in 1976, became number one in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Foot Loose & Fancy Free was released one year later.
The single Da Ya Think I’m Sexy, included on the album Blondes Have More Fun, released in 1978, went to number one in Canada, Australia and the US.
After a disco period in the late 1970s and early 1980s, his music turned to a soft rock style.
The single Rhythm of My Heart was a top five hit in the UK, US and other countries, with its source album, Vagabond Heart, released in 1991, becoming his highest-charting album in a decade.
In 1993, he collaborated with Bryan Adams and Sting on the power ballad All for Love, which went to number one in many countries.
In 2008, Billboard magazine ranked him the 17th most successful artist on the Billboard Hot 100 All-Time Top Artists.
He received a Grammy and Brit Award, and he was voted at No. 33 in Q Magazine’s list of the Top 100 Greatest Singers of all time.
As a solo artist, Stewart was inducted into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994, the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2006, and he was inducted a second time into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 as a member of Faces.
Rod Stewart is among the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 120 million records worldwide.
He had 10 number-one albums and 31 top-ten singles in the UK, six of which reached number one. Stewart also had 16 top-ten singles in the US, with four reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
UNIPOL FORUM
Unipol Forum is an indoor sports arena located in Assago, 8 kilometers away from Milan. The arena has a seating capacity of 12,700 and is primarily used for sporting events and concerts.
The Unipol Forum is located about 450 meters from the Assago Milanofiori Forum Metro station, which can be reached with the Metro Line M2.
