    The Dutch DJ Martin Garrix will perform on Saturday, September 10, 2022, starting with 9:00 pm, at the San Siro Racetrack, in Milan, as part of the music festival Milano Rocks 2022.

    Martijn Gerard Garritsen was born on May 14, 1996, in Amstelveen, Netherlands. He showed musical interest at an early age, and learned to play the guitar at the age of 8.

    Martin Garrix was discovered by Tiësto, and gained fame through his single Animals, released on June 16, 2013. Beside Animals, his most known singles are In the Name of Love and Scared to Be Lonely. On April 29, 2022, he released his debut album, Sentio.

    To date, his discography consists of a studio album, four extended plays (EP), three DJ mixes, 84 singles, 47 music videos and ten remixes.

    Over time, Garrix performed at music festivals like Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, and Creamfields. He was ranked number one on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list for three consecutive years – 2016, 2017, and 2018.



    The first edition of the Milan Rocks festival took place in 2018, when Franz Ferdinand, Imagine Dragons, The National, and Thirty Seconds To Mars performed on stage.

    In 2019, the second edition of the festival welcomed artists like Florence + The Machine, PVRIS, The 1975, Twenty One Pilots and Billie Eilish.

    In 2022, besides Martin Garrix, on the stage of Milano Rocks will perform Liberato, Ghali, Justin Mylo, Room9.



    The San Siro Racetrack (Ippodromo Snai – San Siro) dates back to the 1920s, and was renovated in 1975. The area, dedicated to live concerts and equestrian sport, is located on the outskirts of Milan, in Piazzale dello Sport.

    The closest Metro Station is San Siro Ippodromo, on the Metro Line M5, about 650 meters away, or about 8 minutes on foot from the San Siro Racetrack.
