    Sherbeth Festival, the International Festival of Artisanal Gelato, is an event held every year in Palermo since 2007, during the month of September. On this occasion, the historic center of the Sicilian capital transforms in the Gelato Village, where you can find the best handcrafted ice cream.

    Sherbeth Festival is an open-air laboratory, where the secrets of the gelato will be unveiled by 50 ice cream makers from all over the world, who will express their creativity in perfect respect for quality and taste.

     

    SHERBETH FESTIVAL 2018, the tenth edition, will be held between 27 and 30 of September. The event offers tastings, debates, concerts, cultural tours, spaces dedicated to children and courses for aspiring ice cream makers.
