The worst public transit!! The metro station in brignole doesn’t have clear signs to it and where to pay. As somebody from a country with no public transportation, I was very confused and just got on the metro last minute. When I got off the police made us show our tickets and we did not have any as we did not know where to buy them. The police made us pay $40 euros and did not speak English or try to listen to us. We also had gotten off the train right when it turned 5 and you were required to pay after 5 pm. They cops were so rude.
Waiting for bus from Santa Margarita to Portofino 1.5 hours and all 3 buses full up!! Still waiting …. The buses are very small and they need to put more on to accommodate people when the boats are now available, especially now there are tourists visiting !
