Best Mask Contest @ Carnival of Venice 2018

Do you want to know exactly when and where will take place the Venice Carnival 2025?

Best Mask Contest, the competitors parade on stage for the 2018 Venice Carnival will be held daily, from Saturday 3rd February to Tuesday 13th February. Every day, the competitors will defy each other by fantasy strokes and costumes, masks and wigs, feathers and caps.

On 11th February 2018, the final of the contest will be held in St. Mark’s Square, where a jury composed by experts of masked costumes will proclaim the 2 winners of the two categories: Best Masked Costume and Best Masked Costume according to the theme of this Carnival edition. On the final selection, can be found all the masks that have won the parades of 8th, 9th and 10th February. The next day, Monday, February 12th, there will be two parades dedicated to the kids.

The participation is free so, if you want to compete in Best Mask Contest, download and fill out the form and send it to the email indicated in the document. The organizer will reply with all the information needed to access the area of the stage in Piazza San Marco. And if you decide to be there, the best of luck!
